Sharon Soboil is an award-winning screenwriter who grew up around the Arts. Her father was a professional trumpet player and sought after bandleader in San Francisco, while her mother worked in theatre doing production.That is until her mother moved to 160 acres with no electricity or running water for the longest year of Sharon’s life. Moving back, Sharon went on to major in theatre before heading to LA. She started studying at UCLA and immediately became absorbed into writing and performing improv around town with the famed Groundling sketch comedy players and Second City transplants. Her start into feature writing took her around the globe. CATCHING INDIA for Jennifer Siebel Newsom sent Sharon to India to interview heads of state, winning the Goa International Screenplay Award; THE WINE REVOLT to France to meet with world-renown wine vintners; her period rom-com OF CORSET’S MINE to England to study the 19th century. The script won Edgemar Theatre’s Best Original Stage Play and Dreamago’s Plume & Pellicule. She has written on many Disney series, as well as Freeform. Her TV movie, LOVE ON THE AIR, was Hallmark's submission for the Emmy's and a Leo Award winner. Her ½ hour comedy HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED, about the pharma world, was picked up by Participant Media.  While her female-led drama series SIS, inspired by the memoir GOLD STANDARD she co-wrote with Kym Gold the creator of True Religion Jeans, published by Skyhorse/Simon & Schuster, has Chay Carter producing. Her true inspirational story she found, ROO!, about a girl and her dog, has been optioned by Metro International with Resonate Entertainment producing the feature. Her favorite stories to write have strong female characters doing extraordinary things.

            About Andy

Andy Soboil has a longstanding successful background in the foodservice industry. After five successful years, he sold his much-touted all-organic fast food operation O!burger, the first in the country.  Andy had been employed as a personal chef to many celebrities, i.e. Johnny Carson and the Cage family as well as high profile corporate executives, in their homes and on their private yachts. He has been working as a luxury yacht chef since 1991, privately and on charters. Other credits include working with Saveur Magazine, as the host of a cooking show that he created and which was filmed as a television pilot in Spain.  He holds a Diploma In Hotel Management from The Hotel School of South Africa, and took many courses at The Natural Gourmet Cooking School in New York, which specializes in health food preparation. Andy comes from a family of restaurateurs who owned a number of hotels and restaurants in South Africa. He has traveled and worked around the world fine honing his cooking skills and is also fluent in Portuguese, Flemish, English and Spanish
