
About Sharon

Sharon grew up around the arts in Marin County — her father a successful trumpet player/bandleader, her mother in theatre. Following in their artistic footsteps, she became a writer. Her film adaptations of the 3rd and 4th AFTER novels from the New York Times best-selling YA franchise – AFTER WE FELL and AFTER EVER HAPPY – both hit #1 on Netflix globally. She also adapted the first two books from New York Times best-selling franchise MARKED MEN, the first movie, RULE & SHAW, released in January 2025 in theaters directed by Nic Cassavetes, hitting #1 in France and Latin America and top 10 on iTunes in the US and Australia. The second movie in the franchise, JET, is scheduled to go into production later this year. Her TV movie LOVE ON THE AIR was the #1 cable movie of the week. Her feature script -– based on the inspirational true story of the unruly stray dog who won the Westminster Dog Show — set for production in Fall 2025 directed by Tony Fabian. Sharon’s rom-com MEET ME AT BLOOMIE’S is currently in development with Happy Accidents Productions. She has several other film and TV projects in active development, including HOT, the extraordinary story of the fearless women who built Palm Springs into the Shangri-La it is today. Sharon has either sold to or written for Amazon, Disney, Fox, Hulu, Netflix, Participant Media, eOne, Voltage, Girls’ Club Entertainment, Nickelodeon, and Freeform. Her monologue WELL DONE SCOTLAND was part of the episodic play PERIOD PIECE streamed globally in 2020. And her one-act THE APOLOGY is published in Next Stage Press’s trilogy GUILDED. The memoir GOLD STANDARD she co-wrote with the cofounder of True Religion Jeans, Kym Gold, was published by Skyhorse Publishing. She is a member of the WGA and TV Academy and past member of famed Groundlings and Second City. Sharon is repped by Josh Kesselman at Sugar 23 Management and Taj McCoy at Laura Dail Literary Agency.
About Andy
Andy Soboil has a longstanding successful background in the food service industry. After five successful years, he sold his much-touted all-organic fast food operation O!burger, the first in the country. Andy had been employed as a personal chef to many celebrities, i.e. Johnny Carson and the Cage family as well as high profile corporate executives, in their homes and on their private yachts. He has been working as a luxury yacht chef since 1991, privately and on charters. Other credits include working with Saveur Magazine, as the host of a cooking show that he created and which was filmed as a television pilot in Spain. He holds a Diploma In Hotel Management from The Hotel School of South Africa, and took many courses at The Natural Gourmet Cooking School in New York, which specializes in health food preparation. Andy comes from a family of restaurateurs who owned a number of hotels and restaurants in South Africa. He has traveled and worked around the world fine honing his cooking skills and is also fluent in Portuguese, Flemish, English and Spanish.
